Don’t Miss This Unique Chance to Catch Shiny Fennekin on Fennekin Community Day

When fennekin first made its debut in Pokemon Go, we were all excited to see this cute but fierce fire-type starter Pokemon. Now our favorite fiery feline, Fennekin, is back and ready to take the spotlight as the star of May 2023’s Community Day in Pokemon Go! Not only will you get the chance to encounter this cute and fierce fire-type starter Pokemon, but you may also encounter its shiny form!

Fennekin Community Day : Sunday, May 21, 2023 – 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time.

And that’s not all! Evolving Fennekin to Braixen during Community Day will teach it the charged attack Blast Burn, making it an even more formidable opponent in battles. And if you evolve Braixen to Delphox during Community Day, it will learn the charged attack Mystical Fire, adding to its already impressive arsenal of moves.

Delphox: A Powerful Fire Pokemon

But Delphox isn’t just a pretty face, Trainers. It’s a great fire-type Pokemon to have in your collection for battles. With its high special attack and special defense stats, Delphox can hold its own against a variety of opponents. Plus, its unique typing as a Fire/Psychic type gives it an advantage against Bug, Steel, Grass, and Ice types.

Tips For Fennekin Community Day

Use Incense

Make sure to have your incense ready for the Community Day! Activating your incense during this time will last for a whopping 3 hours! That’s plenty of time to encounter more Fennekins and even Shiny Fennekin. With more Fennekins, you’ll have better chances of finding higher IV ones and gathering more candy.

Use Lure Modules

Another great way to increase your chances of encountering Fennekin during Community Day is to use lure modules. These modules can be placed on Pokestops and will last for 3 hours, attracting more Pokemon to that location, including Fennekin. This is a great way to increase your chances of encountering Shiny Fennekin and gathering Fennekin candy. So don’t forget to stock up on lure modules before Community Day!

3X Stardust During Event

Catch everything you see! During this special event, you’ll earn three times the Stardust for every Pokemon you catch. That’s a lot of Stardust! So, make sure to keep your eyes peeled for any Pokemon that pop up on your screen.

To make the most of this bonus, we recommend using a Star Piece while you’re catching Pokemon. This will give you even more Stardust for every catch, allowing you to quickly rack up Stardust and level up your Pokemon. You won’t want to miss this opportunity to stock up on Stardust, so grab your Star Pieces and get ready to catch ’em all!

Use Pinap Berries

During this event, you’ll receive double candy for every Pokemon caught. And if you use a Pinap Berry, you’ll receive even more – quadruple candy! That means you’ll be able to evolve and power up your Delphox much faster than usual.

So make sure to stock up on Pinap Berries before the event starts. And remember, the more candy you have, the stronger your Delphox will be in battles. Happy catching!

50% Stardust on Trades

During May 2023’s Fennekin Community Day, trading will be even more rewarding! That’s because trades will only require 50% Stardust, making it easier and more affordable to trade with friends for those rare or hard-to-find Pokemon.

This is the perfect opportunity to trade for Pokemon that you and your friends don’t have yet. Maybe you’re looking for a specific shiny or a rare regional Pokemon, or maybe you just want to trade for a higher IV Fennekin. Whatever your goal, trading during Community Day is a great way to make progress towards completing your Pokedex.

So make sure to connect with your friends and plan out some special trades. Not only will you both benefit from the 50% Stardust discount, but you’ll also have a chance to catch up and share some exciting stories from your latest Pokemon Go adventures.
